Shipping
I usually ship within five business days of payment. All plants are shipped bare root, USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-3 Day Ground. Shipping cost is $9 for the first two plants and $1 each additional plant. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday depending on your location.
Guarantee
I guarantee all plants to be live, healthy, true to name and free of all pest and disease. If, after you receive your order and within the next five days, you are not 100% satisfied please feel free to contact me and I will do what I can to resolve any issues.
Size of Plants We Sell
Most plants are field grown and mature. After receiving an order, if none are growing in pots, plants will be dug and divided. I do my best to send two divisions or more on each plant, although sometimes you may only get one large division with multiple dormant buds, depending on variety. Newer varieties may be smaller plants and will be noted in the description.
Caring for Your New Plants
After receiving your plants it is recommended that you unwrap and inspect the plants as soon as you get them. You should also soak the roots in water for a minimum of one hour and up to overnight before planting in their new home.
